Our Bootcamp is great for beginners and seasoned alike. All workouts are for a wide range of people, all ages and abilities. They offer a more challenging, varied, and fun workout that includes individual and team activities. Our sessions provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance using tyres, battle ropes, logs and your own bodyweight.

Gloves are not essential but you are welcome to wear them.
